These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and segi 777 ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the segi 777 website located at https://segi-777.org and all associated services, games, and features offered therein.

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the segi 777 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform.

segi 777 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

To register and maintain an account on segi 777, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations applicable to casino-style online gambling.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines or your country of residence.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of segi 777 or any of its affiliated entities, software providers, or payment processors.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from segi 777 or any affiliated platform.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid government-issued identification document. segi 777 conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification and may request additional documentation at any time to confirm your identity, age, or source of funds.

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) registered account on segi 777 at any given time. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials associated with your account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. segi 777 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.

• You must notify segi 777 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
• segi 777 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms.
• Accounts that remain inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity fee or closure, subject to applicable law.
• Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player via the original deposit method, subject to completion of KYC verification.

All financial transactions on segi 777 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). The platform supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at segi 777's discretion.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your account verification status and selected payment method.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account balance in real time or within a few minutes, subject to the processing times of your chosen payment provider.
• segi 777 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name.
• segi 777 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to completion of identity verification.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as your segi 777 account.
• segi 777 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to proof of identity, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
• Bonus funds and winnings generated from bonus play are subject to wagering requirements and cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are fully met.

segi 777 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered.

• Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be specified in the individual bonus terms.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. segi 777 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion and to withdraw any bonus offer at any time prior to it being claimed.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may only hold one active bonus at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses and associated wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified in the bonus terms. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• Abuse: Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or any other method — will result in the forfeiture of all bonuses and winnings and may result in permanent account suspension.

All games available on segi 777 — including slots, live dealer tables, card games, and specialty titles such as Monster Hi-Lo and Baseball — are governed by individual game rules that are made available within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the applicable rules before placing bets.

• In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game round, segi 777 will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue and restore the game to its last valid state. Where this is not possible, the affected bet may be voided and the staked amount returned to the player's account.
• segi 777 reserves the right to void any bet or game result that it reasonably determines to have been affected by a technical error, software fault, or human error.
• Players must not use any software, tool, algorithm, or strategy designed to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players. Any such conduct will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the segi 777 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to the relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using stolen, unauthorized, or fraudulently obtained payment methods to fund your account.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to manipulate game outcomes.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players.

• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the platform.

All content on the segi 777 platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, text, audio, and video — is the exclusive property of segi 777 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the segi 777 platform without the prior written consent of segi 777.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, segi 777 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.

segi 777's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your segi 777 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

segi 777 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering on the platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

segi 777 implements industry-standard technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and segi 777 cannot guarantee absolute security.

segi 777 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing a safe environment for all players. We recognize that gambling can become problematic for some individuals and we take our duty of care seriously.

All registered players have access to the following responsible gaming tools through their account dashboard:

Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The failure of segi 777 to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
